Raw Sugar Poised to Drop This Week, White Sugar to Advance, Survey Shows

(Bloomberg) -- Raw sugar traded in New York will
fall this week while white, or refined, sugar in London will
rise, according to a survey.

Five of 10 traders, analysts and brokers surveyed on July
20 forecast declines for raw sugar in New York. Two predicted
the price will rise and three said futures will be little
changed. Raw sugar rose 0.43 cent, or 4.4 percent, to 10.3 cents
a pound last week and is down 33 percent in the past year.
