Oil near $98, boosted by weak dollar

(Reuters) - Oil soared nearly $2 a barrel on Wednesday, back within sight of record highs, as the dollar weakened and renewed violence in oil exporter Nigeria revived worries of tightening supplies.

U.S. crude resumed its march towards triple digits and gold rallied to a 28-year high amid expectations of new investor money flowing into commodities.
