(Reuters) - The agreed price for 28.17 million of ING's preferred "A"
shares is 3.618 euros per share, or 0.55 euro higher than its
closing price on Friday, ING said in a statement.
A spokeswoman for ING said that the share repurchase was not
part of ING's ongoing share buyback programme, and that the
banking and insurance group was buying the shares as they were
being offered.
