(Reuters) - Shares of the company fell more than 7 percent to $20.75 in
late electronic trade, after closing at $22.32 on Wednesday on
the Nasdaq.
The company forecast fourth-quarter earnings from
continuing operations of 34 cents to 37 cents a share, below
analysts' average estimate of 49 cents a share, before special
items.
